Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for considering my services! Please note that I require a 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. If you need to cancel your booking kindly do so within this timeframe to avoid a cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 24 hours of booked appointment time a 50% fee will be charged. For any no-call no-show appointments will result in full charge of booked service. I value your time and appreciate your understanding of my cancellation policy.
REFUND POLICY
I understand miscommunication happens. Im willing to adjust anything you are unhappy with (discussed in consultation) As I provide services I will offer no refunds or credits. You are given 72 hours to reach out if you are dissatisfied with your service.
